Automatic rod-pocket sewing system to sew tunnels
in Roman blinds and shades.
Equipped with advanced programmable software allowing the
operator to design, store and to manufacture a wide variety of
blinds and shades. The large net stitching width of 450 cm allows
the operator to process several blinds (pairs) in one
operation.
Machine available in a net stitching height of 3, 4 or 5 meter.
Optionally the machine can be equipped with a 180 micron inkjet
marking system for fast and accurate marking of hem, ring and
sewn-on tape positions by invisible ink (visible in blacklight
only).
Average machine-output : 80 blinds/day (8 hours shift).
