Programmable X-Y laser cutting and marking system

• Firestar 80 W air-cooled high-speed cutting laser.
• 180 micron UV ink marker unit for fast marking of hems and ring positions.
• Cutting and marking width of 320 cm, in combination with customer specified length in sections of 150cm, allows for a large cutting surface.
• Variable adjustable 0-point with laser pointer eases the positioning of the cutting laser.
• Servo-controlled movement for a high degree of accuracy.
• Low-power alignment laser to square panels and patterns.
• The machine is available with the following options:
  • Optional: Exhaust ventilation with activated carbon filter
  • Optional: Barcode interface, for import of .txt / .dxf files and .xls table reading
• Production capacity: 15 – 20 Roman blinds per hour*.
